Hi there! I am actually online when you posted 😉 I see your pets, Tsunami’s fur is incredible, almost like t lion’s mane. We have a gold fish pet, yes, lame, but that is all I can handle with three kids and a SO! My daughter would like to have a dog. I had one when I was young, and we kept him until his last day…
I have a wonderful Ocicat named Cheops. He is a spotted chocolate-silver. I love him dearly and he is my best friend.

LOVE sharing all things pet related! Can’t wait to go check out what others have shared! Thanks and happy seeing beautiful!
I have 3 dogs and a cat named Trouble. I’m nearly 60 and there has never been a day of my life that I have lived without a cat in the home. But come this Tuesday will begin a new season of life without cats. I am an asthmatic and my asthma has gotten much worse over the past month, especially around the cat. So, I have a new home for him. It wasn’t easy finding that new home and I thought I was going to have to put him down, but one came through yesterday. Praise God!
Trouble in no way or form, lives up to his name. He is 8 years old, and as a kitten he was into everything and just wrecked havoc. but now… now he is a love and my best bud. It breaks my heart to see him go. May the next family love him as much as I do.
Thanks for hosting such a beautiful site!
Not sure how to submit a picture of my Trouble. Any insight?

Welcome Hilary – delighted to meet you and what a great question! This would make a great blog post!
Here’s the scoop in a nutshell:
My husband named both of our cats! Tsunami was originally called Sumo (like the wrestlers) by our breeder because he was the largest cat in the litter. When he came to live with us, he used to tear through the house (nearly toppling us and causing disasters in his wake…) hence the name Tsunami.
Legend was named Grizzly by the breeder. When we met him, he was SO sweet we could not ascend to calling him by such a “ferocious” name! One of his nicknames is Bear (they both have several!) I wanted to name him Romeo since he is SUCH a sweetheart but my husband thought that was a woosie name (I still like it!) Legend was the first name that we agreed upon… and he definitely has lived up to his name! 🙂
Your cats are lovely! I had a friend in college who had a Maine Coon cat and they’re very interesting animals.
We have 2 Australian Cattle Dogs: Rocky & Dingo. 🙂
