This Week’s Theme Is Fun Facts

This week, let’s get to know one another a little better!
Please share some fun facts about yourself!

Share what you like – but here are some ideas to get you started:

  • What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
  • When you think of humorous moments in your life, what comes to mind?
  • What is your most unusual talent?

Have fun getting to know one another better this Friendship Friday!

Have Fun!

I’m the only one in my immediate nuclear family born in the USA. My husband was born in South Africa to missionary parents. Our children were born in Peru and Colombia where we were missionaries for 24 years. Even one of our daughters-in-law was born in Zimbabwe! The other one spent time in the Philippines also as an MK. Our older daughter is moving to Germany to marry a German man she met when he was an exchange student here. Since she has not lived in the states long enough to pass on her citizenship, her children will be Germans! Wonder who the youngest daughter will marry and where he’ll be from?

    How’s that for fun facts?

Hi Ramona! My brain is having a lack of imagination right now. I was going to write about the most daring thing I’ve done, but then I couldn’t think of anything. lol

Thanks for hosting and hope to see you over at my NO RULES Weekend party :))

Hey lady! I got the “1000 Gifts” book from your giveaway on Thursday. Wow! I’ve only been through one chapter so far and I’m torn between racing through the entire thing and taking some time to think over what I’ve read so far! Thanks so much again!

Thanks for letting me know you received your book LuAnn – isn’t it amazing?
I know what you mean about being torn.
For me, it’s one of those books I’ve savored.
So much to think about every time I pick it up!

Enjoy – both the book and your weekend! 🙂

Hi! I’m new here! Thanks for hosting. My most unusual talent is being both handed. I will literally switch hands while doing things and not even notice. I admit it is kind of cool. 🙂

I hope you have a great weekend!

  13. Vickie says:

This is an awesome blog hop – thank you for hosting. I haven’t read all of them yet, but so far my favorite is #12 What I found in my parent’s pantry. I haven’t laughed so hard out loud (by myself) in a long time! I added one about the zucchini we have growing in our backyard. Have a great weekend!

  14. Donna Heber says:

Thank you for hosting! Have a fantastic weekend.

  15. Lisa says:

Some good questions! 🙂 My strangest talent would be writing backwards. I can write backwards faster than a lot of people write forward. I can do upside down and backwards, as well, but not as fast. You asked for strange, lol! 😉 You also asked for humorous. I can think of going to a comedian that was so funny that my face hurt for days! Or, the time I shortsheeted a friend’s bed and she slept all night and NEVER realized it! 😉 Most daring? Wow. That’s a toughie. I’ve never been too much of a daredevil. I guess jet skiing or mopeding in Bermuda come to mind.

I am sharing my weekly wrap-up post. My daughter finished her dress in sewing class. I am SO proud of her. Wait till you see it! 🙂

Have a great weekend! Many blessings, Lisa

  16. Thanks for hosting & God bless!
