Finding Spiritual Whitespace – Book Review
God speaks to each of us in different ways. As a writer, God speaks most clearly to my heart through the written word.
For that reason, I am always looking for authors that God uses to breathe new life into my soul.
In this season, God is speaking to me through the words of Bonnie Gray. Her new book, Finding Spiritual Whitespace – Awakening Your Soul To Rest feels like food and drink to my hungry, parched spirit.
Finding Spiritual Whitespace is a book of many facets.
In Finding Spiritual Whitespace, Bonnie takes us on a very personal journey from a place in life where she was on the brink of achieving a lifelong dream – to a place where dark memories from her past resurfaced, turning her world upside down.
In the midst of it all, she makes a startling discovery: that we all need spiritual whitespace to live – to breathe – to thrive – and through her keen insights, invitations, and prompts – Bonnie uses the lessons she learned along the way to invite us to begin a spiritual journey all our own.
Ann Voskamp – author of One Thousand Gifts – calls this book “soul grace”.
Lysa TerKeurst – author of the Unglued Devotional – says that “women need this message”.
I believe this is one of those rare gems of a book that should be in every woman’s hands – with its message being savored and slowly trickling its way into your heart.
Do yourself a favor. Buy yourself this book. Better yet – buy two copies of Finding Spiritual Whitespace – and share one copy with a friend.
I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.

I’m stopping by from the SITS Saturday Sharefest. I chose to check out your blog, because that bookcover drew me in. It sounds like a marvelous book. I’m trying to read more inspirational things right now, because of all the turmoil in my life.
Thank you for sharing this with me. I can’t wait to see what new things I discover.
This book sounds like an amazing read for both myself AND my husband. We are continually talking about this concept and I know we both would love a little help in finding / creating more space for God.
I love that quote that everybody woman loves a place to breath and to feed her soul 🙂
