Wildflower DVD – Review

In our lives, there are going to be times when things happen that make absolutely no sense at all. There will be times when we find ourselves walking in dark places, feeling scared and alone. There will be moments when we won’t know where to turn, who we can trust, or what we should do.

Movies like Wildflower remind us that even in our darkest moments, we are not alone. There is always hope.

Wildflower tells the story of creatively gifted college student Chloe Moray – a young woman who is haunted by terrifying, recurring dreams. She seeks solace from her difficult childhood through her art.

Chloe begins to suspect that these dreams might be suppressed memories that could be connected to the strange disappearance of a teenage girl a dozen years ago. As she begins to piece together the clues, she is forced to confront her own painful and traumatic past.

Wildflower is an intense psychological thriller. As Chloe tries to solve the 12-year old mystery that could bring a killer to justice, you’ll find yourself on the edge of your seat from the suspense!

Equally important, however, are the themes of friendship, compassion, healing, redemption and hope that run through the movie.

The Dove Foundation – an independent, non-profit organization that advocates for family-friendly movies and reviews based on traditional Judeo-Christian values – awards Wildflower their Faith Friendly Seal for ages 12+ and rates it five doves – their best rating, saying “this film needs to be seen!”

The release date for Wildflower is April 5, 2015. Be sure to pre-order your copy of Wildflower today – or better yet, enter our Giveaway for a chance to win a copy of your very own!

This sounds like a wonderful movie. I have a daughter in college so this drew me at first, but reading your review pulled my interest further. 9. This movie sounds really good. I know some people haunted by bad dreams. If someone reads this who has bad dreams, I know that being loved by someone helps reduce the frequency of the dreams, and prayers help very much. Thanks Joy for sharing about this movie.
