Michelle then teaches us how to use this information to transform our thoughts and habits. As we do this inner work, we let go of the excess weight in our bodies once and for all.
The Weight Loss Shift is an easy-to-read yet profound book that is perfect for those of us who are struggling with weight loss and/or body image issues. What I like most about this book is that it’s not just theoretical – it’s down-to-earth and filled with homework assignments and tips so that we can apply the information as we read each part of the book.
