Meet Our Friend Of The Week Ashley

Ashley

Are you a Tiramisu lover? If so, you already have one thing in common with Ashley – this week’s Friend Of The Week at Create With Joy!

Ashley – who’s also known as the Cold Texan in certain circles – is the blogger behind Cold Texan Wellness, a place where she strives to break down that all or nothing attitude that many of us have when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle, and instead focus on helping people find what works for them!

Ashley believes that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be about living sacrificially. She encourages her readers to focus on making one healthy decision at a time and finding ways to achieve their goals in a way that fits comfortably into their lives!

Lemon Blueberry Cake

As you would expect, Ashley shares plenty of healthy yet delicious recipes on her blog. One of my favorites is her Blueberry Lemon Cake. What recipes of Ashley’s are making your mouth water?

Comments mean the world to bloggers. Won’t you brighten Ashley’s day by dropping by her blog, introducing yourself, leaving a little comment love, and congratulating Ashley for being our Friend of the Week at Create With Joy?

Now It’s Your Turn To Share!

Let's Chat

When I was a missionary in Colombia i saw how disconnected the families were and diagnosed the lack of ever spending time together. Mealtime is such a logical time to be together so I wrote a book in Spanish about the joys and benefits of family mealtimes. I was asked to translate it to English and hen began a blog to inspire families to connect at mealtimes. I take my Titus 2 responsibility seriously.

Thank you for your faithful link up!

There is just no way to narrow down a favorite dessert to just one. It depends on my mood, the time of year, my taste buds’ craving…LOL I just love desserts!

Hi everyone! My name is Martha Kisling and I am a watercolor artist who also likes to experiment with mixed media, collage and batik. I have recently started adding quotes to some of my paintings to create digital prints which has been a lot of fun. I love anything to do with art, creativity and vibrant colors.
I am excited to have found this Create With Joy site and love seeing all of the wonderful blog linkups:)
