Wordless Wednesday – Perspectives

Magellan - I See A Squirrel - 1

Welcome To Wordless Wednesday At Create With Joy!

A Different Perspective

Have you ever viewed the world from your cat’s perspective? The world looks totally different when you see life through your cat’s eyes! Try it one day. Go where they go. Watch what they watch. See what they see. Your horizons will be broadened!

The experience brings to mind these quotes:

Perspective is everything.

I’ve learned that two people can look at exactly the same thing and see something totally different.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Change of attitude starts with a little change of perspective.

Sometimes a change of perspective is all it takes to see the light.

When you look at a field of dandelions, you can see either a hundred weeds or a thousand wishes.

Sometimes all you need is to look at life from a different perspective!

This is a good example of my husband and I, he always has a different view on things. I always am shaking my head.

I love the quote about dandelions too. Much more eloquent than glass half full/half empty.

    Thanks for sharing your perspective!

How fun that would be because cats are so curious and then next minute jumping at butterflies or bugs. So playful so it would be fun to view from their world. 🙂 Love the example as we all see the same things differently at times. I know there are times my sisters and I talk about younger days and experiences and theirs are nothing at all like I remember.

Your kitty is so cute!!! So I have to figure out do I want a kitty or a dog… I’m really a dog person, but I was thinking my granddaughter could have a kitty downstairs in her room. What do you think!!! Love the quotes! Good is out there! I just know it is! YOU are one of the good guys too! 🙂 HUGS

  11. I love your perspective! ♥

  12. Beautiful point. Someone told me that being in an elevator is different for a little person than it is for a seven-footer and they were using that as lesson on perspective. I like your words better.

Thanks Patrick but your example is so cool – I bet our heads would spin if we got on the elevator and rode it at a different level than our normal height!

Right now I can tell that my pet is lonely, but he trusts us to care for him until he is well again.

  14. Shanna says:

Yes! Nice post. I often try to imagine the world the way I think my babes see it.

  15. We get a chuckle out of viewing the world from our dog’s perspective! He’s a big lazy lug and is stubborn as he is cute. Lots of fun!

Did you see the new show Downward Dog last night? Talk about viewing the world from a dog’s perspective – it was like This Is Us for canines and their people!

  16. Hello!

I didn’t have any new WW photos that weren’t long posts, so I went back and picked an oldie sharing one from last summer 2016 ~ little salt and pepper shakers I found while thriftshopping and traveling. Hope you like it!

    Have a lovely weekend,
    Barb 🙂

  17. Fabulous picture – and I love the thoughts on perspectives. “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” is one of my favourite quotes 🙂 Thank you for sharing with us at Hearth and Soul. Hope to ‘see’ you again this week 🙂

    Love your Main Coons!
