Welcome To Wordless Wednesday At Create With Joy!
Quote Of The Day
One must love a cat on its own terms. – Paul Gray
We hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend! We are just chillin’ today as we watch our humans scurry about, preparing for the upcoming holidays. Do you know that they actually picked up every single one of our toys that we so lovingly scattered all over every inch of the house for them? We are paying very close attention to every thing that they do so that when they finally rest, we will be able to contribute to the holiday fun in special ways that only clever cats like us can!
What are you up to this week? Is your tree up (and if so, has your cat tried to climb it or claimed a favorite ornament to play with?)
We look forward to seeing your photos and reading your comments!

Magellan and Tsunami, they put away all those toys you arranged so nicely? Humans sure are hard to understand, aren’t they?
Thank you and your mom for hosting the blog hop. Hugs and headbonks!

Can you believe it Kevin? Our humans are making us WORK to find our toys!

Beautiful kitties! We don’t put our tree up this early.

We always aim to get ours up early but it rarely happens Linda!
Our tree is up, and our doggie hasn’t tried to get any of the “balls” off of it. *knock on wood*
Meanwhile, there is no “chilling” during the holiday season for me. I work retail. Its nightmare busy. When I say nightmare busy I mean I come home and dream that I’m at work so I never get a break. lol

Oh goodness, Noner, I remember the nightmare of retail all too well – take good care of yourself and good for you for getting your tree up in the midst of your craziness!
Good one….

Picking up all the cat toys is quite a chore around our house!

Yes, a never-ending chore! You and your cats has a lovely week Pam!
I bet you two make a lot of special contributions to the holiday festivities. Our tree isn’t up yet. We’re on the West Coast where it’s better to wait until the first week of December to get a fresh tree. Otherwise, it looks pretty sad by December.
No cats, but my Jack Russell is very curious. I’ve found that I have to strategically place the presents so as to block her access. She can get herself into trouble.

I bet your Jack gets very curious about what is under the tree! Look forward to seeing photos of both the tree and your doggie once it goes up Melody! 🙂
Very lovely pic. Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful rest of the week.

Thanks Patrick – hope your week is amazing as well!
Glad to hear that you guys had a good Thanksgiving! Our tree has been for weeks already. I like to get my holiday decorating out of the way early so that I can have time to enjoy it and spend the rest of my time watching movies, driving around to look at the outdoor lights and just spending time with my family.
Oooh love the strategy for helping the humans, sort of like a HR team MOL
Hope they don’t wear themselves out too much and not have time to do all of the tasks you need doing….

My tree is up too and mummy keeps telling me off for eating the hay out of the stable,xx Speedy
You two can come and visit and chill with us ANYtime!
