Why sure, take the week off to enjoy with the husband on his birthday while transitioning from one year to another. 🙂
DH & I will have a quiet evening at home watching movies and snacking. I made my almost world famous black olive and onion spread to serve with bagels and I’ll do some spicy oven fried potato wedges and cook some little sausages and of course, there’s still plenty of home-made and store-bought chocolates in the house.
My goal for 2019 which is stuck on repeat for the past two or three is to get into a bigger house. My word for the new year has to be ‘Control’, as in control the things in my life that I can (tongue, bad habits, …) and all else goes to the Lord.
