Thought For The Day
Dorothy: Now which way do we go?
Scarecrow: Pardon me, this way is a very nice way.
Dorothy: Who said that?
[Toto barks at scarecrow]
Dorothy: Don’t be silly, Toto. Scarecrows don’t talk.
Scarecrow: [points other way] It’s pleasant down that way, too.
Dorothy: That’s funny. Wasn’t he pointing the other way?
Scarecrow: [points both ways] Of course, some people do go both ways.

I had to laugh at that scarecrows face 🙂
Scary! I love the mazes and haunted farms and such. You’ve reminded me of a haunted maze/yard with a giant pumpkin eating monster and ghost weddings. Cool pic.
Love the quote from the Wizard of Oz! Cool scarecrow.
Thanks for hosting!
That is one friendly looking Scarecrow. Hope he has a ‘game face’ to put on while at work.
What a great looking scarecrow!
Hi there… Halloween is not in my culture but is a new trend for 15 years now in France. My son is too young to celebrate it but as there are many Americans who live in our neighborhood, I think he’ll learn very quickly about that 😉

I’ve never seen such cheeks on a scarecrow before. Neat picture!
I love scarecrows. I think they might be my favorite fall icon/motif along with the non-jack o’ lanterned pumpkin.

The Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite movies of all times. I remember how the wicked witch scared me as a child and if the truth be known I think she’s still a little scary. Thanks for hosting another week!
Slightly scary scarecrow but the grin makes me giggle a bit too 🙂
