Happy WOYWW to you, dear friends! What’s on my desk this week?

Another card…

Another tribute…

Another reflection on what it means to be American.

This past Independence Day weekend, I spent some time sorting through and gathering my red, white, and blue papers and embellishments to see what inspired me.

The slightly distressed, vintage colors of a scrap of paper caught my eye, and became the backdrop for the card you see before you.

The sentiment Live Free kept running through my mind as I thought about some of the freedoms we often take for granted…

The freedom of creative self-expression…

The freedom of creative worship…

The freedom to creatively live a life of our own choosing…

As you celebrate this week, I wish you joy and freedom in all that you do!

It seems like just yesterday I was introducing my brand new kitten, Magellan, to you!

Now, at 8 months – Magellan is growing into quite the Majestic Maine Coon!
