Friend Of The Week
This week, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to a very special friend. Well – not one friend – lots of special friends in need of a forever home from special friends like you!
PAWS – the Pet Animal Welfare Society of Norwalk, Connecticut is a no-kill animal shelter that was founded in 1962 by Westport, CT resident Betty Long. This very special place is dedicated to doing whatever they can, for however long it takes, to find suitable, loving homes for the cats in their care!
Animal Shelter Volunteer Life is the blog where you’ll learn about the precious cats that pass through the doors of PAWS. I’ve been following their blog for a long time and it’s evident from their photos and features just how much they love their cats – and how dedicated their volunteers are to ensuring that the cats they care for know how much they are loved, from the time they come to live their until the time they leave for their forever homes!

Many people just don’t read the Posts anymore. Guess they figure we never change it . Well, I guess I’m no different sometimes.
