Friend Of The Week – April Harris
This week, I’m delighted to introduce you to April J Harris of The 21st Century Housewife – a blog where April inspires her international readers with the latest ideas about family, travel, food and style!
April is a housewife and mother who grew up in Canada and currently lives in Berkshire, England. This dual citizen is passionate about encouraging others to enjoy life to the full. April is a skilled home cook known for her warm hospitality and delicious home cooked meals and desserts. She also spends a quarter of the year traveling abroad.
One of April’s current projects is the creation of a cookbook based on her family’s recipes, which she’s been planning for years! To give you a taste of the good things that lie ahead, she shared her Old Fashioned Oatmeal Raisin Muffins with us!
