It’s so nice to meet you! 🙂 I am not familiar with Lauraine Snelling but will certainly be looking her up on Amazon to see what she’s written based on your recommendation! 🙂

Your new space is lovely – best of luck in coming up with the perfect name! I like to name my special places too! My last creative space was called The Paper Palace and I currently blog from The Creative Corner! 🙂

My name is LuAnn and I blog at “Back Porchervations” (which is what happens when you smash ‘back porch’ and ‘observations’ together). My favorite genre is cozy mystery, but I also enjoy just about any kind of book (historical fiction, sci-fi, fantasy, YA…)

I blog at http://www.foreverjoyful.net where I focus on helping moms choose wholesome literature and activities for their children. The final Friday of each month, I write a post highlighting the favorite book each of my family members has read. I also co-host the Literacy Musing Mondays Linkup (#LMMLinkup) which goes live Sunday nights at 6. My favorite types of books are biographies, Christian nonfiction, and quality children’s literature to enjoy with my kids.

  17. PS – I’ve also shared a book review and author interview for Secrets in the Sky, a really wonderful read written by my friend Pauline Wiles.

  18. Savvy says:

I created a goal for myself on my 53rd birthday to read 200 nonfiction books. I must admit it has been slow going – to date I’ve read 11. I am always looking for places to share my love of reading, to stay accountable and to discuss books with others. This sounds like a great group.
