Having lived in SE Asia for the past 12 years, I am a complete and total coconut fiend! We eat all of those on a near-daily basis except for coconut aminos, which we can’t get here, and coconut vinegar, which I’ve never heard of! Thanks so much for linking up this post at Booknificent Thursday on this week!

  17. I’m on a low carb diet, so I use coconut products all the time . I cut back on coconut oil because I thought it was breaking me out, but it doesn’t do it every time. I haven’t had much luck baking , especially with coconut flour. Maybe I should get this book.
