Features That Made Me Smile
In the spirit of transparency, it’s been a rough week. Last Friday, my brother-in-law had passed away and I just returned from his memorial service. As you might imagine, I’m not particularly in a festive mood. However, I did not want to miss posting this week’s party because I believe these moments and connections matter, so this week I am forgoing our regular spotlight feature and instead, sharing a few of the features from this week’s party that brought me joy.
First, Renee – a Stampin Up demonstrator who shares her love of crafting at Stamp Know How – created Etched In Nature – a beautiful card featuring a new stamp set that will be available in the 2021-2022 Stampin Up Catalog. If you’d like to see more of Renee’s beautiful cards, visit her blog and check out her You Tube channel (listed in her post!)
Next, Sue – the host of the weekly photo link up at image-in-ing – shared photos of her beautiful cats Ebony and Ivory at this week’s party. Sue’s blog is a great place to meet bloggers from all around the world who love to share their love of photography. If this describes you, stop by and join her weekly party!
Finally, Janet – the blogger behind A Life Of Balance – shares how she has been planting flowers to add Splashes of Seasonal Color around her landscape. If you’d like to spruce up your home’s curb appeal, this is easy to do and is just one of the many fabulous features you’ll find on Janet’s blog!
Making new friends and deepening existing relationships is a joy. Be sure to visit Renee, Sue and Janet this week, leave them some comment love, and congratulate them for being our Friend Of The Week at Friendship Friday at Create With Joy!
