What Are Your Favorite Friends Up To This Week?

Fall Home Tour

Happy November, dear friends! How are you doing as we move towards the holiday season? Are you gearing up for a season of open houses and gatherings with family and friends? Are you taking inventory of your life and counting your many blessings? Are you taking the time to rest, regroup and recharge as you look towards the New Year?

So much has been happening in our community this past month. Here’s a taste of what some of our creative friends are up to (which one most resonates with you?):

Do you enjoy creating and savoring beautiful spaces? If so, be sure visit Angela at Simply Beautiful Angela. She is currently hosting her Fall Home Tour 2022 and, as always, she has created a visual feast of spaces to enjoy! Bonus: There’s a special photo waiting to greet the cat lovers!

Thanksgiving Dinner Savings

Are you wondering how you’ll fund your Thanksgiving feast this year as inflation continues to rise? Have no fear – Maria from the Krafty Planner is here to provide us with Six Ways To Save On Your Thanksgiving Dinner. While you’re there, be sure to explore Maria’s blog for fabulous journaling tips and printables!

Boost-Your-Immune-System-Naturally-This-Winter

Concerned about your health and keeping your family well this season? Suzan at It’s My Sustainable Life is providing us with wonderful tips on how to Boost Your Immune System Naturally This Winter. I encourage you to stop by, peruse her list and look for a few ideas to try out this month!

Bible Journaling

Looking for new ways to renew yourself in God’s Word this season? Why not try your hand at Bible Journaling! Amy at Amy’s Creative Pursuits not only shares her beautiful Bible Journaling Pageswith us, she also shares what she is reading and thinking about during the process, and her thoughts on using pre-made kits versus just journaling on your own!

Carpe Diem

If Fall puts you into an introspective mood and you’re ready to reflect on engaging photography and deep thoughts about life, then A New Lens is the place for you to be! This blog features the photography and writing of Pam Ecrement, who is currently encouraging us to Carpe Diem. If you need the translation – seize the day – be sure to watch the movie Dead Poet’s Society as soon as possible (the Robin Williams movie that popularized the phrase) and be sure to leave Pam some comment love!

How To Paint A Poinsettia With Oil Paint

Finally, if the holidays inspire you to be creative, schedule a visit to Kristie’s Love My Little Cottage and learn How To Paint A Pointsetta With Oil Paint! Kristie says that this “wet-on-wet approach, where wet paint is applied to layers of still-wet paint that were painted earlier, usually in a single sitting” has been used by artists like Van Gogh. As you can see, the technique is gorgeous – imagine creating something so beautiful with your own hands!

Making new friends and deepening existing relationships is always a joy! Be sure to visit Angela, Maria, Suzan, Amy and Kristie this week, explore their blogs, leave them some comment love, and congratulate them for being our Friend Of The Week at Friendship Friday at Create With Joy!

P.S. Friendship Friday is a weekly blog hop, but my family is currently in a season of transition. Until life settles down, I am leaving the party open for an extended period of time to ensure that you have a weekly place to share in the event that I am unable to host a new party in any given week. Please continue to join the fun each week and add your links to the latest party for the chance to be seen, visited and featured! Thanks for your grace and understanding!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
