Ameo Life Health Product Review

If you have followed my blog for any length of time, you’re probably aware that I am passionate about natural health. As someone who has suffered from a number of chronic health issues over the years, I’ve learned the importance of working with doctors who are trained in both Western and alternative medicine so that I have the best of both worlds at my fingertips.

One of the things I frequently deal with is allergies, asthma and sinus infections. A few years ago, during a particularly difficult bout of sinusitis, my doctor recommended that I apply a homeopathic silver-infused gel to the interior of my nasal passage to promote healing.

I have to confess, I had never heard of such a thing, but I researched the product and gave it a try. I was amazed at how gentle and soothing the product was and how well it worked in promoting my healing.

Now – disclaimer time – I am not a medical professional and any information I share in this review is based upon my own personal experience. I encourage you to consult with your doctor and do your due diligence before trying anything new. This is especially important if you have certain conditions that you take medications for, because supplements, while a good thing, can sometimes interact with certain foods and medications in an unexpected way that can impact your treatment.

Because I have been dealing with sinus issues over the past few months, I was most interested in trying Ameo Life’s Nasal Spray. The product that I used previously was a gel that was effective but inconvenient to use. I thought a Nasal Spray would offer an easier-to-use, more portable solution for me.

The bottom line? I was right! Ameo Life’s Structured Nasal Spray has been both convenient and effective in helping me to breathe a little easier. Ameo Life Fulvic Mineral Solution

To help maintain my health, I take a liquid supplement and a host of vitamins and natural supplements each day. One supplement I had never heard of until recently, however, is fulvic acid – a “super cell conductor” that has the ability to enhance the nutrients we consume in our food and supplements.

Ameo Life’s Fulvic Mineral comes in a big bottle that lasts a long time (my husband and I have both been taking it and at just 2 tablespoons a day, have plenty to go. The supplement has a lemony-lime taste which is more than tolerable.

While some people claim to notice dramatic changes when they start using fulvic mineral, the effects for us have been more subtle (note: because we’ve been ill during the test period, that could have potentially skewed our results). What I would say about our usage to date is that we have not noticed any adverse effects and may be experiencing some slightly positive benefits as well. We will continue to test the product until the bottle is gone and assess our final results at that time.

Ameo Life Silver Soap
