The Weekly Habits Project – A Challenge To Journal, Reflect And Make Tiny Changes For Big Results
One of my favorite Scriptures in the Bible is Romans 12:2 NKJV, which says:
And do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what is that good and acceptable
and perfect will of God.
I love this verse because it unlocks the key to biblical transformation.
Simply put, if we desire change in our lives, we need to change the way we think.
But change can be challenging. Have you ever made a heartfelt New Year’s Resolution on January 1, only to abandon it before the end of the month?
Change does not occur all at once. It happens slowly, over time, in baby steps consistently taken by putting one foot forward at a time.
And it requires a plan.
That’s why I’d like to challenge all of you who desire to be transformed by the renewing of your mind to pick up a copy of The Weekly Habits Project from Zondervan. This beautiful hardcover keepsake book and journal contains 52 weeks of Scriptures, devotions and journaling prompts helps you draw closer to God while making the tiny shifts in your perspective that lead to long-lasting change.
The Weekly Habits Project is divided into 4 sections: Our Minds, Our Hearts, Our Hands and Our Everything. The insights you’ll gain each week are gentle yet profound.
By the end of the year, you’ll have a beautiful keepsake of the time you spent meditating on Scripture and building habits that will change your life.
The best part? When your year ends, your journey isn’t over! There is a whole series of Weekly Project books ready to help you tend to your self-care, pray, deepen your faith and cultivate more gratitude in your life!
I’m really excited about this book and can’t wait to explore the rest of the series.
I highly recommend this book to you (and encourage you to share this beauty with a friend!)

Opening one’s own mind is a very good thing to do. Buddhism teaches so many things, and whilst not a religion, it does provide many sound practices to live by for the benefit of others and in so doing, the benefit of all. This book sounds just right for an open, equitable and kind and supportive life.
This sounds like a great idea. I probably wouldn’t have the perseverence to follow through, but it is a good suggestion. 😉
The nice thing about this book Mary is that it’s undated (it goes by generic weeks) – so it’s there for you to use as desired!
This sounds like a wonderful book. I can’t wait to read it!
I think you’d enjoy it LuAnn!
This looks really good, Ramona. I am going to look into it!
Thanks for stopping by Pam – this one is right up your alley! 🙂
