Welcome to the 2010 One World One Heart Extravaganza – I’m so excited to be a part of this event! OWOH began as a way to connect bloggers around the world whose paths might not otherwise cross. According to OWOH creator and host Lisa Swifka, this event “transcends geographical location, socio economics, political affiliation, and religious beliefs.” The event has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 2007. Last year, bloggers from 28 countries participated in the event!
One of the things that makes this event so special is that each participant offers visitors a chance to win a gift that they have chosen from their heart. After much thought, I decided to offer visitors the opportunity to win a beautiful journal from my personal collection. I picked one of my favorites because I wanted the recipient to have something really meaningful from me. The lovely combination of handmade paper containing pressed flowers and unlined paper makes it perfect for artistic journaling!To enter the giveaway, please leave a comment that includes your name and a way to contact you – either through your blog, your e-mail, or both! If I draw your name and you are a Follower, you will receive an extra gift with your prize! You may enter the drawing until February 14th, 2010 at 10 p.m. PST. Only one entry per person please! I will announce the winner on February 15th, 2010.
