I love the creative possibilities that raw chipboard adds to my artwork, but keeping tabs on tons of tiny pieces is a challenge I can do without!
Recently, I came across several bags filled with itty bitty pieces of chipboard in all different shapes. They make perfect accents and finishing touches for my projects – if I can put my hands on them when I need them!
I set aside some time to categorize the chipboard by shape, then found a plastic container to sort them in (my, these boxes are versatile, aren’t they?) I would love to sort my alphabets this way, but so far, I haven’t found the right boxes to put them in!
I love all of the great suggestions you’ve shared regarding bling storage, and look forward to reading your ideas on chipboard storage as well!
I don't have any good idas for storage, but I sure like yours! Now you need to show me how to finish the chipboard too.
hey chick..firstly thankyou for your kind comments you left when linking to my candy :-)…and apologies i havnt been over sooner!!…you have some fabulous storage ideas…but i'm chuckling to myself as i dont have enough stuff to organise..lol…i mean ive never seen so many buttons ;-)… and i dont own ANY chipboard…to be honest ive only just managed to buy a MS border punch!!…

I'm so with you on the chipboard letters. So many of them are big. I have mine in ziplocs in a drawers…never to be seen again… At least not yet.

My daughter and I love to scrapbook, but looking for letters is a real pain. So , in order to cut down on the time spent looking for letters we took a caddy made for mens nuts , bolts, screws, and small pieces and lettered the small drawers with the letters and separated them into the little drawers and even had enough room for the numbers and symbols. It works great and really cuts down on the time spent looking for a letter. pamspinks.blogspot.com
Love this. I have to admit that I have NO idea how to use these awesome chip board pieces. I want to but not sure. Do you glue/tape papers and then sand the edges…I just am not sure. lol
