Candy Time At Create With Joy

As many of you know, I love altered art. Finding the right images to use on your projects, however, can be a challenge. That’s one of the reasons I’m such a huge fan of Altered Pages – with a huge collection of over 1500 vintage collage sheets, plus a wonderful selection of kits, embellishments, and other products, it’s one of the few places I can turn to and always find the perfect piece for my latest project!

This month, I ordered four new collage sheets to play with. I was so excited when they came that I immediately contacted Jackie and asked if she would sponsor another giveaway here at Create With Joy. She agreed – so I will be sharing these beautiful new digital collage sheets with a few lucky winners!

Here are the sheets that you have a chance to win:

Tiffany Windows: I have always loved stained glass, and have admired Tiffany windows since childhood. So, when I saw this collage sheet, I knew this was a must-have for my collection! Think of how lovely this sheet would look on a pretty journal or address book. This is a must-have to print on transparency! You have to see this sheet in person to appreciate the colors – each image is a winner on this sheet!

Altered Torsos: I can’t remember the first time I saw an altered torso, but I have been wanting to create a few of my own ever since – so when I came across this sheet, this also was an immediate must-have for me! When I look at these images, I think of so many things. Perhaps I’ll use them to illustrate a mini-journal called What Lies Within. Or perhaps I’ll just have fun with them and create some whimsical cards!

Steampunk: Ok, I’ll admit – I really don’t get the whole Steampunk thing – but I love the color blue, and I thought these images were cool, so I thought I’d try something new and give this sheet a whirl! What about you? Are you a fan of Steampunk – or is it a new-to-you genre too?

Bits-N-Pieces 1: This pretty collage sheet brings me back to my comfort zone! While I was exploring the Altered Pages site, I discovered this wonderful collection of collage sheets I had not seen before, so I decided to check them out. I am so glad I did! This sheet, like its counterparts, contains a wealth of images and background elements that can be used on anything you can imagine! Just imagine the pretty possibilities!

Aren’t these images wonderful? Here’s what do you need to do to enter this giveaway!

Entry 1 (Required): Please leave a comment telling me which of these collage sheets is your favorite and why! Please be sure to include your name and e-mail address so that I can easily contact you in case you win. If I draw your name but your contact information has not been provided, I will automatically draw a new name!

Entry 2 (Optional – Followers): If you like my blog, and sign up as a New Follower (Kindred Spirit) on my sidebar during this contest period – please leave a separate comment with your name and e-mail and let me know! I will include a special drawing just for you as my way of welcoming you aboard!

If you are a Current Follower (Kindred Spirit) on my sidebar, please leave a separate comment to let me know and you will receive a second entry in the contest!

Entry 3 (Optional – Bloggers): If you write about this giveaway on your blog – either a post or sidebar listing is fine – please leave a separate comment, along with your name and blog URL, for a third entry in the contest!

This contest will remain open through July 4th, 2010 and I will announce the winners shortly thereafter. Winners will be selected by a random number generator. For this contest, I will select one Grand Prize Winner who will receive a set of all four collage sheets; one New Follower Winner who will their choice of two collage sheets; and several winners of individual collage sheets.

Best of luck to you all! Be sure to tune in later for the Where Women Create II Party, where I’ll be unveiling photos of my newly reorganized studio!

It is really hard to choose just one of these as a favorite. I will go with the Bits and Pieces as my favorite though. My style is usually Victorian and this set fits into that better than the others. I do love each of them. When I look at them they each are telling me they want to come and live with me so we can play together!!!! Thanks for such great blog candy.

    1. I am not familiar with digital sheets and what size they are. I love the stained glass sheet but the last one looks like it would be perfect for cutting down to make cards and I love the Victorian look–so I pick Bits-N-Pieces.
