You’ll also learn how to use “Rarely Foods” – those foods that most of us crave but many nutritionists ban – in strategic ways that allow you to enjoy your favorite foods while keeping the overall recipe healthy. Foods in this category include butter, full-fat cheese, bacon, and cream.
