Question Of The Week
What Has Inspired You Most This Week?
This week I’m inspired by everyone
Who has in some way shared
A little of themselves –
Their creativity, stories and lives –
Through their blogs, links and comments!
All of you are a constant source of inspiration
And a blessing to me!

Friendship Friday #3 – Week Of January 27, 2012
Welcome to Friendship Friday – a new weekend blog hop that’s designed to help you:
- Foster friendships with other bloggers!
- Share what’s unique about yourself and your blog!
- Grow your blog and social media networks!
Are you ready to make some new friends? Then, come join the fun! Here are a few guidelines that will help you to feel like the belle of the ball!
1) Each week, I’ll post a question that’s designed to help you get to know one another a little better. To participate, simply create a Friendship Friday post that includes the Friendship Friday blog hop button and/or a link back to this post – then add your permalink to the party!
2) If you haven’t already done so, please subscribe to Create With Joy by E-Mail Subscription, RSS Feed Subscription, Twitter, and/or Pinterest and leave a comment so that I can reciprocate! If you’re a current GFC subscriber, please re-subscribe through another method so that we can stay in touch when GFC retires!
3) Leave a sweet comment so I’ll know you stopped by! Your suggestions for upcoming questions of the week are welcome too!
4) Visit your fellow participants and get to know them – building friendships is what this blog hop is about! Support the bloggers you connect with by leaving a comment and following their blogs through one of the available subscription methods on their blogs!
You can also participate by adding the Friendship Friday button to your sidebar and answering the Question of the Week in the comments – but I recommend completing Step 1 so that visitors from this blog hop can get to know you, and can more easily interact with you!
This blog hop will be open all weekend so that you have plenty of time to post, link and mingle! Have fun making friends and be sure to join me next week for Inspire Me Monday and Wordless Wednesday!
I’ve been really inspired by my favorite design blogs this past week – they’re giving me some great ideas for my home!

I am inspired by just for the sheer purpose of sharing. I like to voice my opinion, and let people know if something is good or bad. Growing up, it was hard always because I had no real guidance, beside the obvious, but if I can save you sometime in trying to figure out something, or a bad experience with a merchant I gladly do so.
Happy Friday dear paper princess. 🙂
I’ve been inspired by Pinterest. I’ve found some amazing recipes that I can’t wait to try.
Hi,
I’ve bumped into a problem with following the link next to you in Mr. Linky (mouse potato). I don’t have a facebook account. I would follow if she had google or something else though.
Sorry,
Jenn

Hi Jenn,
Happy Friendship Friday to you! I checked Felicia’s blog and she DOES have non-Facebook following options – they are listed in her right sidebar column, a little further down than Facebook – you can follow her thru e-mail, RSS Feed, Twitter and a few other options I believe (writing this from memory). Hope you’ll stop back and take another look – she’s too fabulous a blogger to miss! 🙂
Nothing, except my migraine, which has inspired me to incorporate lots of acetaminophen into my pill regimen. 🙁
Have a great weekend!
I’m following you on Pinterest! Have a great weekend!

Well I have been reading Philemon and have found that Pauls words in the letter have really inspired me through this week
I’ve inspired by the effort many bloggers put into designing their blogs. I’m sure it must take so much time if they can’t give it out to others to get it done.
Have a great weekend!
I’ve been inspired by Princess Nagger’s creativity this week – it’s motivating me to get more creative! 😉
The Case of the Missing Phone
Well how cool is that!! Thank you so much!! Truly made my whole week!
What inspires me? EASY: YOU GUYS DO! I mean without the people online and the access to amazing talent it would be so uninspiring! lol Blogs, friends, youtube, ustream the list just goes on of inspiring places to find people to be inspired by!
This has been so much fun! Super glad I stumbled upon ya’ll!
Have a simply wonderful day!

Hi Joy! Happy Friendship Friday! I found some really easy Valentines tutorials & free printouts. I have shared them on my site & can’t wait to make some to get them in the mail early. I hope you have a great weekend! & thanks for hosting xo
I am amazed sometimes on what can inspire both me and others, sometimes its a picture or a joke (yes it does happen) or a quote. I am always looking for something that will make someone THINK.
This week I have been “jumping around” to some of the places that are on others blog rolls and I really have to say that there are some people out there that are really excelling in both survival and kindness. I don’t mean that in a bad way – its as if I have found folks that no matter what is thrown in their way …. they will survive and make US better for it.
I think I spent over an hour last night reading about the problems that have been going on with children and “undiagnosed” illnesses. And as sad is it was (thankfully they are still with us and still fighting) it showed me just how strong the parents and grandmoms are. And just how much faith can move mountains. And just how much better I have it … no matter how difficult things are at time – by comparison, I am in heaven already. I just hope that my subscriptions worked so that I don’t have to “find” them again (but I will if need be) because now I feel like those little children and their parents are part of my family too.
Thanks for the great link – I’m following you in a few places. I really wish GFC wasn’t going away for everyone that isn’t on blogspot.com ….. it was really easy to check if you were following or not without “leaving” the post/blog.
Happy Friday! My daughter inspires me! She’s very talented and artsy, something I’m not! Please check out her nail art/cake art over at Brando and Bogart.

Just a quick note to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful inspirations you are sharing! I am a tad back-logged at the moment due to some rather crazy happenings behind the scenes so rather than hold up your comments until I have a chance to comment and visit, I am going to put them through so that everyone can read and share… have a wonderful weekend and have fun meeting and making a few new friends this weekend! 🙂
Great question! we’re hoping to actually inspire others and that leaves us inspired. We designed a little freebie for our pay it forward Friday post and we hope the ripple effect makes someone’s day a little brighter! Feel free to come play and enjoy and share if you wish!
Great question Joy…
I love quotes and sayings…and find this “inspirational”…along with other things…I found this one quote that just stood out like no other yesterday…and I posted a post around it yesterday…that is the post that I shared today.
But, I, too love seeing what people can “whip up” out of nothing…the beautiful blog designs, etc.
Great comments…

Hope things behind the scenes smooth out for you. This week I am being inspired by a new family member – who has to get out to potty daily at 2am.
She is teaching me to use the small moments during the day to do whatever can get done quickly. She is also inspiring me to not leave things on the floor that can be chewed on. And to appreciate the older members of the family who, although they snore, sleep through the night.
This weekend we are going to be inspired by snow sculptors, even tho we had to import snow this year!
Thanks for joining my Planet Weidknecht Weekend Hop! http://www.weidknecht.com/
Hi there!
On my blog, I wrote about being inspired by my recent trip to New York City.
I found a little inspiration right here! =D
My kids inspire me a lot and on a regular basis 🙂
Thanks for hosting again this week!!
Hello all,
I have been inspired by my son Luc. He made the honor roll this semester. I have been working so hard to instill in him the need to get good grades. He felt very pressured because his older sister graduated with high honors from high school four years ago. She is about to graduate from college. I am so thankful to God for giving me the wisdom to approach talking to Luc. Teens can often rebel if pressured too much. Of course, I am also inspired with all of the bloggers on this site. create-with-joy is by far the most wonderful group of bloggers I have yet to meet. I will continue to participate every single week. I feel so at home here. You all exude with kindness and compassion. Thank you all for taking the time to leave comments on my blogs.
To Ramona: You are truly a gem of a woman, you have blessed my life hugely! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for hosting this great blog community!

Thank you so much, Nicole for your kind words! Building community and connections on this blog is one of my big goals for 2012, so your words mean so much. I really want this blog hop to be a place where people take the time to meet each other and begin to build quality friendships with one another, because you never know where those connections will lead. Quality is much more important than quantity… I’m so glad that people are “getting” it and taking the time to participate and comment, and not just linking up and running!
Everyone is sharing such amazing stories this week… I am so very glad that Stacy posted this question! 🙂
Thank you so much for the wonderful party!!!
