Today I’d like to introduce you to a fabulous new bible study by Jennie Allen. It’s called Chase and its purpose is to challenge and enlarge your view of God.
In Chase, Jennie will guide you through a very revealing study of a man named David – a depraved sinner who lied, committed adultery and murdered – yet was loved by God because he passionately pursued Him with all of his heart.
As you study David’s life, you’ll be asked to look at your own. The study is scripturally based yet intensely personal, asking questions such as:
Are you chasing God or are you chasing wind?
As you participate in this highly interactive study, your ideas and beliefs in a number of areas will be challenged and stretched:
- Identity
- Courage
- Obedience
- Belief
- Repentance
- Surrender
Chase is a Bible Study In A Box. It contains everything you need to lead or participate in an 7-week woman’s bible study, including the:
- Chase Study Guide which contains your study materials and creative projects.
- Chase Leader’s Guide which contains everything you need to lead the study.
- Chase DVD which contains a short video where Jennie introduces the topic.
- Chase Conversation Cards which facilitate group discussion but also make great journaling cards!
Jennie’s goal as a Bible Teacher is clear cut:
I want to provide places for women to wrestle with truth,
So that we are more fully living what we know about God,
Not just learning about Him.As God gets bigger to us, our lives start to change.
If you are looking for a study that will help you to delve deeply into God’s word and apply it in a way that will change your life, you could not find a better teacher than Jennie – or a better study than Chase.

About Jennie Allen
Jennie Allen is a Dallas Theological Seminary trained bible teacher who is passionate about inspiring a new generation of women to encounter the invisible God.
She loves words and believes God uses them to heal souls and reveal Himself to people.
Her writing is marked by personal authenticity and vulnerability, and she encourages women to go to those same places as they study scripture.
When she is not working alongside Thomas Nelson to publish a series of bible studies and trade books that will turn women’s hearts to Christ, she serves alongside her husband Zac, who is the pastor of Austin Stone Community Church.

I would love to own this. I have been hosting lady’s Bible Studys in my home since last summer. It is quite a challenge to come up with new topics. This seems like it would be a wonderful study.

Wow, this sounds like a powerful study! I’m going to visit her websites to learn more about her. Last weekend at our church we had a women’s retreat that was so refreshing … looking at the measureless love of God. It is so good to challenge ourselves to grow in Christ! (Visiting again from the Aloha Hop).
