The first time I saw Legend he was four weeks old,
Flat on his back, belly up, with
Big bear paws flailing skyward and a
Look of ecstasy on his face as he
Soaked in all the love a human hand could give.
It was love at first sight.
The second time I saw Legend he was six weeks old,
Eyes bright, wide and alert,
Paw outstretched as if ready to greet the world!
I knew this kitten was meant to be mine.
Six years later, Legend holds a very special place in
My heart and the hearts of all who know him!
He is sweet, affectionate, inquisitive, playful and protective.
He guards our hearts and our homes!
(And yes, he likes to cook and craft too!)
