The Rhyme Bible Storybook For Toddlers – Book Review

If you are looking for a book that will help your toddlers to fall in love with the Word of God…

If you are looking for a book filled with soothing yet eye-catching illustrations…

If you are looking for a book that you will delight in reading over and over again to your children…

Then I have a book that you and your children are going to love!

The Rhyme Bible Storybook For Toddlers is a recently released, padded board book containing ten classic Bible stories from Zonderkidz! What is unique about this book is that each story in it is told in rhyme!

Now – the concept of a rhyming Bible story might seem a little odd – perhaps even irreverent  – at first. At least, that was a concern of mine.  But – I’m happy to assure you that my concerns were unfounded. These stories are an absolute delight and perfect for their intended audience!

They are fun.
They are exciting.
They are age-appropriate.

Truly, these stories are a joy to read and to hear!

There are no introductory pages or filler pages in this book. Each page in this 40-page book is designed with your child in mind! When you open the book, the inside cover opens with the first story – God Made Everything.

God Made Everything sums up – in four pages of verse – Genesis 1 & 2. The rhyme opens like this:

In the beginning,
God made the light.
The light was for day,
The dark was for night…

  • Jesus Is Alive! (John 2)

In addition to the wonderful rhyming stories, your children will enjoy the lovely illustrations, created in soothing colors, and the comfortable, durable feel of The Rhyme Bible Storybook For Toddlers in their hands.

I like that this book teaches the Bible through rhyming and in an easy way for children to understand. My daughter is almost two and at a point in her life where she really enjoys books. I’ve noticed the ones she brings to me to read to her the most are books with a rhyming story, and I like to provide a lot of biblical books for her, so this one is very pleasing.
