How To Blog A Book

How To Blog A Book Revised And Expanded Edition – Write, Publish, And Promote Your Work One Post At A Time – Book Review

If you are a writer who aspires to be a published author, do you currently blog? If not, did you know that blogging is not only is an essential skill set to develop in today’s publishing environment, but it can play a key role in your success, whether or not you publish as an independent author or with a traditional publishing house?

If you are a blogger, have you ever considered writing a book? Did you know that your blog could not only provide both an invaluable source of material for your book but also serve as the very tool that helps you develop your manuscript?

Bloggers, writers and authors, take note: Nina Amir has just released How To Blog A Book Revised And Expanded Edition: Write, Publish, and Promote Your Work One Post At A Time. I highly recommend that you consider adding this essential reference book to your library!

In How To Blog A Book, Nina bridges the gap between the world of blogging, writing and publishing by showing the similarities that exist between these fields and how they complement one another. She stresses how technology has changed the way that people read and interact with information and reminds us that if we want to meet their needs, that we must continue to grow too.

Nina explains that blogs are the most trusted source of information for many consumers today and shows how blogging can help authors gain authority, build readership, and provide a platform for book launches and ongoing promotion. For authors who are new to the world of blogging, she provides invaluable information on how to create a blog and how to drive traffic to your blog.

For bloggers who are intrigued by the idea of cultivating a book from their blogs, she provides guidance on how to develop a new book using your blog as the framework and how to restructure your existing content for profit and promotion.

The research and factual information that Nina provides is invaluable – but the real-life experiences of bloggers who have actually published books using the techniques that Nina describes in this book are equally inspirational.

Nina writes:

There’s no time like now to be a blogger, a writer, or an author. The publishing industry is an important place to hang your hats – your business hats and your writer hats – your publisher and your blogger hats. But don’t just hang them up – put them on! Do the work and get them blogged and published. I hope this inspires you to sit down at your computer and start blogging your book…

The information in How To Blog A Book could potentially change your life! If you are a part of my writing and blogging community, be sure to pick up a copy of this book – or enter our giveaway for a chance to win one!

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.

It was a great book wasn’t it Joy? As a blogger I found so much value in it! Great theory, and I have to roll up my sleeves on some of things she suggests. It becomes hard when we are juggling work, family and other activities. It requires effort and good planning.
