Friend Of The Week – Bill and Delci
When you were a kid, did you ever dream of living on a farm, surrounded by horses, living the life of a cowboy or a cowgal? Are you a modern-day homesteader who loves to live off of the land in pursuit of a healthy, self-sustaining lifestyle?
If so, you are going to be delighted to meet Bill and Delci – the beautiful couple who live and blog at Heritage Farm Stables!
Delci shared the story of how she and Bill met with us at Friendship Friday last week, and it set my heart all a flutter! For those who missed it in the comments, here’s a recap:
I met my husband at my mom’s Christian bookstore and he started coming in A LOT to buy more and more books…And then I took over managing our family’s soda fountain diner and suddenly he was buying A LOT of milkshakes! 9 months later, we were married!
At Heritage Club Stables, Delci blogs about horses and cowboys, farm life and homesteading and God. She believes that God is weaving His story through every part of our lives, if we just listen. She hopes to use her “pen” to inspire people to take action to grow in the areas she writes about.

Hello nice to meet your, I discover this page just a weeks ago. I am not sure how the event works here, but I will talk about the question first and I apologise for my bad English as I am not from the English speaking country.
I am sorry that I never ride a horse in my life as a horse is rare in my hometown, but bulls and cows are plenty, I never ride a horse before but I rode a … well, a cow back to 20 years ago when my family still running the poultry business, that is the only cow we have, I think the feel should be same like a horse, just it doesn’t move much 🙂 .
Hello, I am Thay, born in Malaysia at 1986, I have been working as a cook for the past ten years until the day I broke my back then I start to blog while looking for my next career as well as during recovery. I am currently running a food blog, just a normal food blog could be seen everywhere in the website, it is a young blog which created a few months ago with about 20 posts within.
