Meet Our Friend Of The Week Erin

Erin

Do you enjoy cooking, baking, or sitting down and enjoying a fabulously prepared meal? Are you always on the lookout for something satisfying and savory to try? If so, you are going to love meeting Erin, the creative blogger behind Delightful E Made!

Erin loves hanging out in the kitchen and making delicious dishes for the people she loves! She also enjoys sharing her recipes with her friends, which now extends far beyond the tiny farming community in South Dakota where she was born, and even beyond the metropolitan suburbs of Washington DC, into the blogosphere and Pinterest! For a taste of what awaits you at Delightful E Made, check out Erin’s Hearty Chipotle Steak Chili.

Hearty Steak Chipolte

Erin has a beautiful family – she’s married to Jason and Mom to Harrison – and loves coconut, chocolate, coffee, well-crafted cocktails, and lively conversation (are you spotting a theme?) Her pet peeves include people who don’t return their shopping carts to the cart return area after use, insufferable complainers, and herself for lacking organizational skills!

Comments mean the world to bloggers. Won’t you brighten Erin’s day by dropping by her blog, introducing yourself and leaving a little comment love, and congratulating Erin for being our Friend of the Week at Create With Joy?

Thanks for the great Party! I love linking up each week 🙂

  3. Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and my blog to others at Friendship Friday! What a friendly thing to do! After working in the publishing industry for many years, I decided to start my own blog.

I have been blogging for 3 years and it has been the most enjoyable undertaking of my life. My blog is called UrbanNaturale. UrbanNaturale was developed to help inform and shape your path to living healthier, more natural and environmentally-friendly lives. Content includes healthy, raw and vegan recipes; health, wellness and fitness tips; DIY natural beauty recipes and natural remedies; green living tips, issues and ideas; eco-fashion; green home decor, products, furnishings and appliances; organic food and gardening; positive inspiration, living creatively, books, culture, travel and more.

Urban Naturale explores the everyday challenges we face and the choices we make to maximize the quality of our lives–from the quality of our diets to decreasing our exposure to toxins; how we take care of ourselves (body/mind/spirit); to the cosmetics and personal care products we use on our bodies; fitness; the quality of our indoor environments: the materials, furniture and accessories we choose–as we strive to live a healthy, green, organic and more natural lifestyle.

Thank you for fostering friendship and support each week through Friendship Friday and your other weekly blog hops. I appreciate it and so do many others — as we can see!
