All I have to do is watch my cats

I love cats and find that stroking their backs or even their ears have a way of calming effect on me. Thank you for hosting, wishing you w wonderful week!

  4. Such poignant sentiment in light of the events over the last couple of days.

My doggy cheers me up constantly, and, if I am particularily sad, she will quietly sit by me and wait for me to get over it.

Thanks for sharing…your site always makes me smile.

That is so true. There’s nothing better after a stressful day than spending time with our Gracie. Her calm nature and soothing purrs are healing and restorative!

Happy Wednesday, Ramona. Thank you for hosting!

Actually, as a therapy cat, this is one of my specialties!

  7. Living in the moment, enjoying what God has given you in the now is the way to live because tomorrow is promised to no one. Unfortunately, the world is such a mess that it’s hard to not get pulled down in the mare. Visiting your site is always uplifting, though. Thanks for sharing and hosting the fun! In addition to my typical WW share today, I included at the bottom of my post a recipe for a homemade lip balm that your readers may like. 😉 Have a blessed day, my friend!

Good morning Miss Joy, Magellan & Tsunami! Mom says I help relieve her stress when I’m nesting on her lap, purring, when she’s petting & brushing me, when I look into her eyes, or even when I’m just in the same room with her. She says I also make her feel better when she gets a cold, too. Mew Mew!

  9. I don’t have any pets. I just look toward my friends. Thanks for making this a cheery place and have a wonder rest of the week.

What a busy day I had! Sorry I’m so late. Well, I have this new dog that keeps me company all day long, but I must say his loud barking does get on my nerves & he jumps on me when he demands love. Yes, he demands it!!! He keeps it up and keeps it up! Never had a puppy I had to train before, but I must say he sooooo lovable & I guess that’s how he calms me. Those big brown eyes!!!! ahhhhhhh

Cats are very good at being peaceful through all kinds of circumstances. I agree with the quote – I find some peace in my kitties. Right now Manna and Dexter are sleeping. Nothing in my life is more serene than a sleeping kitty. 🙂

  12. Janice says:

We have pet fish. I like to watch them swim back and forth in their safe and secluded aquarium. Makes me wish life was as simple. 😉

  13. Our cats are amazing and without them our lives are so much poorer!!

  14. Yes time is too short indeed and we should spend it wisely and with love.

Beautiful cat! My cat lays on me and follows me everywhere! He definitely reduces my stress, especially when I pet him! Have a great week!
