Dr. Michelle is a neuropsychologist, author, speaker, blogger, wife, mother and friend who is on a mission to instill hope in hurting hearts, renewing minds, and empowering families. She knows what it’s like to lose loved ones and to experience the despair that can follow trauma and illness. Her blog serves as a powerful platform for sharing her experiences and solutions to life’s greatest challenges.
Recently, Dr. Michelle shared 15 Things I Promise Myself This Year, which contains basic principles to adopt and live by. As I read through this list, I find that she has put to words so many things that I feel in my heart, that I will be adopting this list for personal use.
