Friendship Friday is the place to make new friends, to grow rich relationships, to explore new blogs, and to expand your social networks! Who will you meet this week? Whoever it is, have fun connecting with one another – building friendships is what this community is all about!

Friend Of The Week – Pam at A New Lens

Pamela - Bow River Alberta Canada

A new season calls for a new perspective on life. What season of life are you in right now? What things are you discovering about yourself? What changes do you want to make moving forward? What obstacles are holding you back?

If you enjoy reading about the things that matter most in life – the stories and concerns that tug on our heartstrings – then you’ll enjoy meeting Pamela Ecrement, the blogger behind A New Lens!

Pam Ecrement

What qualifies Pamela to walk us through the various seasons of life? Well, not only is Pamela a wife, mother and grandmother to six children, but she’s also been a reporter, a teacher, a professional counselor and therapist, a women’s ministry leader, and a church staff member!

Pamela - Yellowstone National Park

One thing that’s been constant through Pamela’s life is her love of words. Pamela has always been fascinated by how she could use words to create meanings, ideas, emotions and illuminate stories – and later, how the perfect photograph could bring those stories to life. Now that she’s retired, her blog is the perfect place to continue to cultivate both her heartfelt writing and gorgeous photography!

Pamela - Rocky Mountains Alberta Canada

So many of the things that Pamela writes about resonate with me deeply. How Easily We Miss It and If Only We Learned provide great examples of her writing style.

Making new friends is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Be sure to visit Patrick this week, explore his blog, and congratulate him for being our Friend Of The Week at Friendship Friday at Create With Joy?
