Farewell Tsunami
For those of you who have not heard the news, I wanted to let you know that we bid a heartbreaking farewell to our beloved Tsunami on Thursday (you can lean more at Friendship Friday 444. Thanks to all who have left a heartwarming message – your love strengthens us during this difficult time.
I also wanted to let those of you who have lost beloved pets that my friend Deb Barnes at Zee and Zoey will be hosting the 5th Annual Rainbow Remembrance Day on Friday, August 28. This event, which Deb founded to commemorate the loss of her precious Ragdoll, Mr. Jazz, offers all of us a place to commemorate our beloved pets. I am planning to participate in this event and I invite you to participate as well. I believe that Deb will provide a linky so that we can visit and support one another as we celebrate our beloved pets!

I am sorry for your loss. Losing a beloved fur baby is like losing a member of the family, which of course is what it is. “Cats” has some wonderful music.
We just hate that dear Tsunami had to go. Our Dad loves Deb and knows her from blogging conferences they both attended. Hugs.

My heart breaks for you, I am so sorry for your loss. When we loose a pet it is like saying goodbye to a family member, just so hard to do. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I must say your music taste is really impeccable. Love CATS for sure! My friend has two girls who are ballerina’s, musicians and they’re just soooooooo talented! Great song. I read your post on Friday while on my iPhone about your sad news. I wanted to leave a comment but WP wasn’t showing the comments button so I don’t know what was up with that and I meant to get on my computer so that I could leave you my condolences. The delay allowed everything to go straight out of my head. I’m sorry for my absent mindedness and for your loss. The tough decision y’all made was the right one for your sweet Tsunami. No doubt like his name, he stormed heaven’s gate with a ray of sunshine. I can hear Jesus say, Welcome, Tsunami! I’m not sure where pets go when they die but a God who made all creators has a very special place for them and I believe that it has to be heaven. 🙂 You’re in my thoughts and prayers, dear friend.
