Friend Of The Week – The Inspired Eater
Happy Friendship Friday dear friends! Ever visit someone’s blog and immediately feel like you’ve met a kindred spirit? Well, it happened to me this week, which is why I’m excited to introduce you to Wendy, the delightful blogger behind The Inspired Eater. As you read about the “Jedi mind tricks” Wendy used to lose 55 pounds after the birth of her boys (and how she’s maintained that weight loss for the past 15 years), chances are you’ll want to claim her for your new BFF as well!
Wendy tagline says “losing and maintaining weight loss after 50 is an extreme sport”. This should give you a sense of the humorous yet helpful perspective from which she writes! You’ll find plenty of fun, practical tips and surprises at The Inspired Eater. For instance, who would expect to read about Brownies For Breakfast on a blog about weight loss? I wouldn’t (but, I confess, I made a mad dash to that one)!
