Happy What’s On Your Workdesk Wednesday, dear friends! Today I am working on Valentine’s Cards and – since Magellan has taken over the Creative Corner, along with my household and my heart – I thought I’d do a little experiment today in the midst of showing off my latest creation.
So, here is the question to consider as you read through today’s post:
Which do you prefer – craft photos with or without the cat?
As you can see, Magellan is doing his best to show off my Love card in all its splendor – which includes a cute little matchbook on the cover featuring a sweet little quote inside!
So you get to vote. Lots of crafty detail – but no cat? Or less artistic detail – but more personality and paws!
The Smart Fab Giveaway is in full swing too (another crafty venture he couldn’t resist helping out with!) Be sure to check out this cool new crafting material – and, if you’re in the US, be sure to enter our giveaway!
Disaster Looms at Wordless Wednesday at Magellan continues to grow and explore new territory. To see what he’s getting into this week, be sure to stop on by!

Well, for cat lovers, it needs to be with the cat. For art, without. But Magellan adds that special something.
Caren, I haven’t seen you in ages, woman. How the heck are you?

Great to see you tonight Linda! I sort of enjoy the combo myself! As you might imagine, it’s getting harder and harder to take a photo without a paw or a tail showing up somewhere in the background!
Now ‘cmon, you KNOW what I’m going to say……WITH the cat 🙂

Hi Caren – Good to see you tonight! Don’t you love Magellan’s little “ta da” paws?
Watch out Vanna!
Your cat makes a great model! Almost like the gals on the TV game show, “The Price is Right”! Love your cards! Happy WOYWW!

He comes running every time I pull out a project!
He’s never there when I prepare for the photo shoot – but then, I pick up the camera and there he is!

Hi Caren,,,, cat’s pretty cute just make sure he doesn’t take up the bigger part of the photo. Cool card too, have fun this week, Cheers RobynO#16
Your kitty looks right at home with the crafts. Peg R 25
Sweet idea for your card! Love the little matchbook.
Thanks for joining us at Kitty Bee Designs!
Hope you are doing better and may you walk in His strength!
Definitely with!! Cats have to be “in helping” when you are crafting don’t they. Love your Valentines and that sentiment is just lovely.
Hugs Lisax #54
As long as there’s dsks, crafting and detail, I don’t mind which way the photo turns out! I respect and appreciate your love of cats and after all, it’s your blog to do with as you wish!
Love the little matchbook on the card front, what a nice way to include a longer sentiment.
Nice! Thanks for joining us at The Crazy Challenges.

Joy, thank you for your visit this morning. Magellan makes a very good presenter, definitely the best, obviously born for that job. By the way, Clarity Stamps were originally born in the United States and were created by Barbara Gray. She was the one who first made see through stamps, so all the others copied her, except that hers are better made, tougher and more resilient than any others on the market. You can iron Angelina fibres on them with no risk of damage. They are all made to work with each other so you can mix and match the sets. If you want to see something of what Barbara does and her stamps, try her blog at http://barbaragrayblog.blogspot.co.uk/ or you could watch her programmes on Create and Craft TV on your computer (she was on last Sunday with two programmes) Be warned, if you like stamping and you buy any Clarity stamps, they become a serious addiction. Give Magellan a stroke for me, and have a good week (hope your weather is better than ours) xx Maggie

Thanks so much for the info Maggie – I know when I was poking around your blog I saw some of the lovely cards you made so I will definitely be looking at some of your back posts and checking them out!
Although – from a space and dollar perspective – the last thing I need right now is ANOTHER stamp line addiction! 🙂
