Welcome To Wordless Wednesday At Create With Joy!
Quote Of The Week
A cat will do what it wants when it wants,
And there’s not a thing you can do about it.

Crafting With Magellan
Last week, I jumped up on Mom’s desk and
Discovered she was cutting out lots of hand-stamped hearts
To make a special Valentine’s Day Card!
I must confess – I was totally fascinated by these hearts.
Were they for me?
What game would we play with them?
Since Mom seemed somewhat protective of them,
I kept my eye on them to make sure they stayed safe!
I love hanging out with Mom when she crafts.
There are so many exciting things to play with!
Crafting is very relaxing for us cats.
You can even take time out to smell the flowers!
Of course, I’ve discovered that it is considered very bad form
To actually nibble on them – especially if your human is watching!
Just saying…
I, of course, would never do such a naughty thing!
I’ve learned lots of lessons about the etiquette of crafting.
For instance, there are lots of exciting cat toys like ribbon and buttons
That will make you want to pounce across the desk and
Engage in a wild game of hunt and chase right then and there –
Even if it sends all of Mom’s supplies flying across the room!
Of course, your human will not particularly appreciate
Your exuberance in those moments.
Tread softly to avoid being kicked out of the craft room!
My best advice?
Have fun but be stealthy!
Strategize and craft wisely!
Notice how I use my entire body and paws to
Hunt my favorite crafty items and claim them for my own…
Do you have a crafty pet?

Aw, I loved reading this and the pictures of course are sweet. Was wondering how much of a help he was before reading it.
I know it’s been a while since I have participated in WW, we had a terrible internet provider, but now we are back with our old one and I can get tabs to load a LOT faster and the linkys load now too. So, I should be back weekly again!
Aw, Magellan is adorable. I miss my kitty. Thanks for hosting!
Ahhh a kitty that is cute and creative? WIN!
Oh my goodness, your Magellan is TOO CUTE. Like, soo cute. I have a kitty who loves to help me whenever I craft as well. How would we be able to create without the expertise of our kitty helpers??
So sweet!
Thanks for linking up at Oh My Heartsie Girls WW!
