Grace Of Gratitude Journal – Book Review

It doesn’t matter who you are or what your spiritual belief system is, if you want to improve the quality of your life, one of the simplest yet most profound things you can do each day is simply practice the act of gratitude.

As author Deborah Perdue writes:

Feeling gratitude is a gateway to more bliss, contentment, well-being and peace in life. Feeling appreciative, feeling grateful, and recognizing the blessings in our lives can be a direct line to more joy!

I’m sure you’ve heard the expression “count your blessings!”. How do we begin to transform this act into a daily practice?

One highly recommended way is to keep a journal of all of the things you are grateful for. Author Deborah Perdue and artist Tara Thelen are here to help!

Grace Of Gratitude Journal - Sample Page 1

The Grace Of Gratitude Journal contains 40 blank pages for you to record the things that you are grateful for!

Together, these two creative souls have combined their talents to create the Grace Of Gratitude Journal – a beautifully illustrated journal filled with inspiring quotes, original artwork and blank lined pages that make it easy for you to record the things you are grateful for each day, and begin or continue your journey of gratitude!

This spiral-bound book contains enough pages for you to record 40 days’ worth of entries – enough to uplift your spirit and make the practice of gratitude a natural part of your life!

Tara Thelen’s art will take your breath away – and Deborah Perdue’s gratitude prompts will help you to count the blessings in your life!

Deborah encourages you to write 5 to 10 things you are grateful each day, as you feel inspired (each entry contains 10 blank lines – widely spaced for those of us with large handwriting!)

For those of us who might be inclined to sketch, draw, stamp or otherwise illustrate our pages – there is plenty of space in this journal for that too!

Do you like to illustrate your journals? Good news – there is plenty of white space awaiting your creative touch!

I love journals – I collect them, I write in them, I draw in them – and what I like the most about the Grace Of Gratitude Journal is that it has something for everyone: beautiful artwork – inspiring quotes – and lots of space for both the writer and the artist in you!

The Grace Of Gratitude Journal is the perfect book for those who are intimidated by blank books but want to start a journal – the perfect book for those who start journals but have trouble finishing them – the perfect book for those who want to begin a gratitude journal but would find the inclusion of the author’s prompts helpful.

Grace Of Gratitude Journal - Pinnacle Achievement Award

Deborah and Tara have created a beautiful book that you could enjoy even if you never made a mark in it – but the Grace of Gratitude Journal is so inviting, I encourage you to order it and make it your own!

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.
