The lyrics to this song are so beautiful – what we needed so much that day (as someone who wasn’t affected directly, but knows several people who lost friends, neighbors, and even a son – you can’t have grown up in New York City, as I did, without these kinds of connections) was the hope of something good coming out of that day.
