Living Fit: Make Your Life Count By Pursuing A Healthy You

Living Fit by Ronnie W. Floyd – Book Review

We cannot determine how long we live – but we can determine how well we do live, right now.

That’s the personal philosophy of Ronnie W. Floyd, and the premise of his new book, Living Fit: Make Your Life Count By Pursuing A Healthy You.

In Living Fit, Floyd offers biblical inspiration, encouragement and wisdom to help us get our lives back on track spiritually, physically, relationally, financially, and emotionally!

Living Fit 1

Living Fit identifies foundational biblical principles on how to become spiritually and physically fit, how to maintain better relationships with others, and how to manage our finances. As the author discusses each topic, he provides specific, practical steps we can take to improve each area of our life.

If you are trying to lead a healthier and more balanced life and you are looking for guidance on what the Bible has to say, then Living Fit will be of interest to you!

Living Fit is a particularly good read for new Christians.

I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.

Great review! The book sounds like it addresses many areas of daily life. I don’t know if we’ll ever be totally balanced this side of heaven, but we can sure make choices to help. Blessings to you! I’m your neighbor at the #LMMLinkup.

  2. I think that we often forget that holistic approach to wellness and opt to just focus on the physical aspect of being fit, but mental, emotional and especially spiritual fitness is just as important. Thanks for the review!

  3. Total health requires regular attention to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It’s good that more and more people are recognizing the need to “lead a healthier and more balanced life.” #HearthAndSoul
