I’m so sorry for your loss. Having a safe place to write about your grief and get your feelings out is SO important.
This is a good place to start. Also want to recommend a program called GriefShare to you. They provide amazing support for anyone who has lost someone they loved (they also have tips for getting through the holidays when you are dealing with grief and loss).
I love journals! I may have an addiction to them. At least they get put to good use!

I LOVE these notebooks! I always have to have a notebook going for my devotions and to help me keep my life organized and these look like a great way to incorporate the two.
