Interesting! And I just recently started liking coconut.
I haven’t yet jumped on the coconut band wagon … this looks a good book to start with.
I wish I like coconut more because it is good for you.
I had no idea there were so many good reasons to use coconut products.

I should have this book, then the coconut flour languishing in my fridge would be put to use. Had heard it is tricky to bake with.
We love coconut and I have been working to incorporate it more and more! This is great info! Thanks!

Coconut oil is so good for you and I love the taste of coconut anything! I’ve tried to incorporate more of it into my cooking. Thanks for the review.
This sounds interesting. I love using coconut oil, but didn’t know the many benefits of it. Thanks for sharing with #SocialButterflySunday! Hope to see you link up again this week 🙂
Having lived in SE Asia for the past 12 years, I am a complete and total coconut fiend! We eat all of those on a near-daily basis except for coconut aminos, which we can’t get here, and coconut vinegar, which I’ve never heard of! Thanks so much for linking up this post at Booknificent Thursday on Mommynificent.com this week!

Once I found out how healthy and useful coconut is, I have become a huge fan and daily user, so I was delighted to find your review of The Whole Coconut Cookbook . Thanks for sharing it with us at the Healthy Living Link Party!
I’m on a low carb diet, so I use coconut products all the time . I cut back on coconut oil because I thought it was breaking me out, but it doesn’t do it every time. I haven’t had much luck baking , especially with coconut flour. Maybe I should get this book.
